Meet the Founder

Alana is a highly skilled and experienced virtual assistant accustomed to working on the executive level. Her previous career of 8 years working in transportation and logistics gives her a unique perspective and drive that applies in the clinical setting. She's been helping therapists reduce their workload, streamline tasks, make more money, and focus valuable time on their passions since 2021.

She is also a specialist in EHR transitions and set-ups, having successfully conducted numerous system migrations and implementations for both group and individual private practices. She stays current on the latest EHR software platforms and task management tools, helping practice owners maximize the value of virtual assistant services and build systems that truly work for their unique needs.

Outside of her work, Alana is a proud wife and mom living in Arizona with her husband and their blended family. Two daughters at home and a stepson who visits regularly and holds a cherished place in their family. After welcoming her first daughter, she set out to be a stay-at-home mom, a season she treasures. It lasted about six months before her entrepreneurial spirit led her to discover a career that allowed her to build something meaningful while still showing up fully as a mom. Her husband has been a steady source of support throughout her career journey. When she's not working, you'll find her at the gym, volunteering at her local church's children's ministry, crafting, or making regular trips out to California with her family.

Alana is deeply committed to growing her knowledge in the mental health space so she can better serve the practice owners she works with. She actively seeks out learning opportunities; from tuning into industry podcasts to strategically partnering with practice owners to deepen her understanding of clinical operations, billing workflows, and the evolving needs of private practice. This ongoing investment in education means Alana doesn't just execute tasks, she brings informed, thoughtful perspective to every practice she supports, helping owners make smarter decisions and build more sustainable businesses.
