Alana is a highly skilled and experienced virtual assistant accustomed to working on the executive level. Her previous career of 8 years working in transportation and logistics gives her a unique perspective and drive that applies in the clinical setting.

She’s been helping therapists reduce their workload, streamline tasks, make more money, and focus valuable time on their passions since 2021.

In her free time, Alana volunteers at her local church’s children’s ministry, crafts and enjoys spending time with her family.

Seamless Practice Solutions was born out of my desire to create balance—between the beautiful chaos of blended family life and the deep calling to meaningful work. I didn’t want to miss out on my kids’ childhood, yet I also wanted them to see their mom thriving in her purpose. Building this business has allowed our family the flexibility to live in three different states, embrace new adventures, and share countless joyful moments. Most importantly, it’s given my kids the gift of watching their mom feel fulfilled in both motherhood and the work she loves. - Alana
